Zero Data Retention Policy

Every model on ZeroDayAPI has zero data retention. Your prompts and responses pass through our platform and are not kept.

Last updated November 5, 2026. Questions: [email protected]

What we never keep

  • We never store your prompts, responses, images, files or tool calls in our databases, logs or backups.
  • Content exists only in memory while your request is being answered, then it is gone.
  • No one at ZeroDayAPI can read your content later, because we never keep it.

No training on your data

We never use your prompts or responses to train, tune or evaluate any model. We never sell or share your content.

What we do keep

Only what we need to run, bill and protect your account, never the content of a request:

  • Account details: your name and email address.
  • API key details: name, limits and use times. Keys are stored as one-way hashes.
  • Usage and billing: model, token counts, timing, status and charges.
  • Request diagnostics without content, deleted after 7 days.
  • Console security records, deleted after 180 days.

Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How a request is handled

Every request is encrypted in transit. To generate your answer, it is sent to the servers that run the model you chose, which process it under their own data terms.

Your control

Revoke or rotate API keys at any time in the console. Because we never keep prompts or responses, we cannot recover them later: keep your own copies if you need them. To close your account, email [email protected].
