Unused credit: refundable within 14 days
You can request a refund of the unused part of a credit purchase within 14 days of that purchase. We refund the amount that has not been spent on API usage or reserved for a request that is still running.
Spent credit is not refundable
Credit used for API requests is charged at the published per-token rate shown in your console when each request was accepted, and is not refundable. Requests that fail before a model produces a response are not charged.
Billing errors are always corrected
If you were charged twice, charged for a failed top-up, or charged more than the published rate, tell us at any time and we will correct your balance or refund the difference.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time, and revoke your API keys in the console. To close your account, email us; any refund of unused credit follows the 14-day rule above. After 14 days, remaining credit stays available on your account for future use.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include the purchase date, the amount, and any payment or transaction reference.
- We confirm the unused amount and reply by email. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
